Vorfreude Collective does not sell your personal information. We collect only what we need to operate this website, understand its performance, respond when you contact us, and—once our newsletter launches—send emails you explicitly ask to receive.
Information you choose to share
If you email us, we receive your email address and anything you include in your message. When newsletter signup becomes available, we will collect your email address and any optional information you choose to provide. We use that information only to respond to you, provide the requested communication, manage subscriptions, and improve what we offer.
Website analytics
We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregated website traffic and performance—such as visits, page views, general referral sources, and page-load speed. Cloudflare describes this service as privacy-first and cookie-free; it is not used by Vorfreude Collective to identify or track individual visitors across websites.
Email and Beehiiv
When The Collective newsletter launches, we expect to use Beehiiv to manage subscriptions, deliver emails, and measure newsletter performance, including deliveries, opens, and link clicks. Beehiiv will process subscriber information on our behalf. We will add clear consent language at the signup form, and every newsletter will include a way to unsubscribe.
Service providers and disclosure
We may share information with service providers only when needed to operate the website and newsletter, communicate with you, maintain security, or comply with law. These providers may process information under their own privacy terms. We do not rent or sell subscriber lists or personal information.
Retention and your choices
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here or as required by law. You may unsubscribe from newsletter emails at any time. You may also ask what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it, subject to legal and operational requirements.
Security, children, and international use
We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security. This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Our service providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate.
Updates and contact
